Open to all levels of practice and abilities, this 60 minute class focuses on a Vinyasa style flow linking conscious breath with a challenging and mindful flow. Students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Relaxation techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well-being. Yoga90: Room temperature set at 90 degress. Yoga100: Room temperature set at 100 degress.
Open to all levels and abilities, this 60 minute class mixes the elements of Pilates, dance, yoga,
and functional training that will leave you feeling incredibly strong! In each energizing and targeted
workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as small balls to sculpt, slim and stretch your
entire body. This class will improve your flexibility and posture and of course tone your legs and tummy!

Cycle Fusion: We take your cycle class up a level by adding a strength training element. You’ll get off the bike and utilize TRX suspension training and other bodyweight movements to build lean muscle and core strength in combination with your more traditional cycle class. This combo program is designed for all levels.
